Marine Propeller

Marine propeller is a device that converts the power of a ship's main engine (such as diesel engine, gas turbine, etc.) into propulsion force. It generates backward thrust through rotation, pushing the ship forward or backward in the water. A propeller usually has multiple blades. When the propeller rotates, the blades push water backwards. According to Newton's third law, water will produce an equal and opposite reaction force on the propeller, which is the thrust that drives the ship forward.
