Symmetrical Electric Windlass

A symmetrical electric anchor refers to an electric anchor installed on a ship, with a symmetrical structural layout (or front back symmetry, depending on the design of the ship and the installation position of the anchor). Its working principle is based on the drive of an electric motor, which drives the drum to rotate through a transmission device, thereby achieving the retraction and extension of the anchor chain. When the motor rotates forward, the drum wraps around the anchor chain for anchoring operation; When the motor reverses, the drum releases the anchor chain, completing the anchoring process.
