The feature of Track type helmsman chair TR-003
1. This helmsman chair of track type, and the track length is customized according to the layout requirements of the driver's chair cabin.
The track can be controlled by the side handle of the seat to slide and position.
2. The main body of the track is made of high-strength aluminum alloy, and the inner Mosaic and outer decorative frame are made of stainless steel.
3. The lifting system adopts pneumatic lifting. Stabilus cylinder is used from Germany. The lifting stroke of the chair surface from the ground is 770mm-940mm. 4. The seat part can be adjusted by the handle to tilt forward and backward, the adjustment Angle is ±12°, and the adjustment height is 60mm.
5. The seat cushion can slide back and forth through the handle, with a sliding stroke of 120mm.
6. The Angle of the seat back can be adjusted by the handle, ranging from 85° to 150°. 7. The seat armrest can be adjusted according to the needs of the upper and lower Angle through the knob, headrest height can be adjusted. 8. The seat can be rotated 360 degrees, and can be locked in any direction through the knob, positioning every 90 degrees slot. 9. The seat is made of steel frame inner core, polyurethane cold foaming one-time high elastic sponge, the fabric is made of black PU leather. 10. The foot pedal can be folded and retracted 90 degrees. 11. The pedals is made of steel material. 12. Seat tilting, sliding device, track sliding positioning disc device, all use steel structure, the appearance of the salt spray test rust prevention treatment.
13.The overall strength of the steering chair meets the requirements of International Code for High-speed Boat Construction, and the overall bearing capacity is about 260KG.
